How many of you have thought back to a moment where you were in the right place at the right time? Did you think it was a coincidence? Did you think it was meant to be?
When we look back at our lives, we see memories, lessons, and experiences that have led us to where we are supposed to be.. right here, right now. We are all perfectly placed, if you will. Look at it this way, if you never took that risk, made that decision, chose to go right instead of left, where do you think your life would be at this moment? Sometimes there are risks we must take in order for us to reach where we are supposed to be.
So, where is it that we are supposed to be? What is the ideal location? Is it pinned on a map with a little red dot, and once we take that last step, we can say "Okay I made it, now what?" No. The place we are meant to be is always changing. There is no final destination that we reach. It is not for the sake of reaching a specific spot, but instead realizing that every step of our journey is where we are meant to be.
In other words, we must be here in order to get there.
So many moments, decisions, actions, mistakes, and blessings have gotten you here. We go through hardships, mistakes, heartbreaks, you name it. These places are temporary and will change. We have to stop thinking so negatively when we are in a bad state at the moment. We aren't losing because there is nothing to lose. We are instead gaining. Gaining lessons, experience, knowledge and wisdom. All these things that we need to go through to help us later down the road. The people we meet, the places we are at in our lives at this very moment, are where we are supposed to be.
Trust where you are right now. Trust your gut, intuition, and more importantly trust yourself. Believe that every little thing you have done has led you to this moment, and this moment is where you are meant to be.
